Bio

Field Umpire Mitch Scott joins the Executive Committee for the first time as the AFLW executive representative. Based in South Australia, Mitch commenced his AFLW career in 2021, umpiring 18 games to date. In that time, Mitch has served on the AFLW working group, pushing the improved payment structure and AFLW umpire conditions that are enjoyed today. Outside of umpiring, Mitch is a qualified Chartered Accountant working as a Regulation and Compliance Manager in the energy industry.
