The AFL Umpires Association’s current and life members gathered at the Latrobe Golf Course in Alphington for our recent golf day event, held on 3 April 2023.
Glorious weather and pristine greens greeted our 30-odd golfers’ group, as they headed off to their starting tees for an 8 AM start. Post the battle on the fairways, the attendees gathered at the clubhouse for a catch-up luncheon.
A special thanks to the Latrobe Golf Club management for hosting one of the AFLUA’s signature social events of the year, and to AFL field umpire and AFLUA member Mathew Nicholls for coordinating the day’s activities.
