The 12 umpires appointed to officiate the 2025 AFLW Grand Final represent a carefully selected panel covering field, boundary and goal umpires, each chosen for their performance and experience throughout the season.

The panel has a combined experience of 424 games, including 64 finals appearances, lead by Gabby Simmonds (68 games) and Sam Nippress (65 games), who each umpired their 2nd AFLW Grand Final. They were joined on field by Joshua Ball in his 1st AFLW Grand Final. While Gen Devinish was the emergency field umpire.

Boundary umpires Riley Guerin, Cooper Ranie, Madeline Luma and Sam Beer, each officiated their first AFLW Grand final, with Mitchell O’Neill being the emergency boundary umpire.

Alongside them, were Goal umpires Michael Button and Jack Stammers who also officiated their first AFLW Grand Final, with Brad Kellet serving as the emergency goal umpire.
